Na Boulangerie, os olhos também comem e não só o que vem para a mesa. Nas paredes há mensagens escritas em ardósia, quadros e fotografias, pratos e azulejos combinados de forma inusitada e muitos objectos vintage, a espicaçar memórias. A cozinha está à vista e a primeira sensação é olfactiva e chega directamente do forno, entre um croissant de massa folhada, estaladiça, pão variado, uma empada vegetariana de cogumelos – ou querer experimentar tudo e apostar no brunch.
In Boulangerie, the eyes also eat and not only what comes to the table.
